Maddie & Andrew’s Fall Wedding at Integrity Hills, Big Cedar Lodge Branson MO
Maddie & Andrew’s enchanting wedding at Integrity Hills at Big Cedar Lodge in Branson, MO overflowed with joy, love, and elegance.

What is your biggest priority for your wedding or what is most important to you? Besides marrying the love of your life, of course ;) Honestly just total fulfillment across the board. Obviously Andrew & I will be on cloud 9, but I really want our guests to feel how much we love & appreciate them & I want them to be able to feel our love for each other, all of them, and our special day through our planning/decor, etc. to really make it our own!
What are your wedding colors? Jewel tones + some lighter accents
What is your overall wedding style, feel, look, and/or atmosphere that you want to create for your celebration? Timeless, elegant, enchanting! I want it to be full of florals & bring great energy!
What are you looking for in a wedding florist? I am looking for someone who can match what I’m hoping for but make it even better! I’m not a florist & will always love any feedback/suggestions I can get! I ultimately just want someone who can bring my vision to life in a unique way & ways I wouldn’t think of myself!
What aspect of your wedding planning process are you finding most challenging or what would you like to address in a positive and helpful way? Being from KC, it’s been difficult to figure out vendors who match us well! We know of several recommendations in the Kansas City area, so we really appreciate feedback/recommendations from more local vendors near the table rock area!
After the wedding, Maddie said, “Charity is an absolute DREAM to work with. She was our florist for our wedding in Southwest Missouri fall of 2025, and I cannot say enough good things about her! From beginning to end, she was so thoughtful, responsive, organized, creative, and made all my dreams come true!”

The ladies got ready at the Bridal Suite at Integrity Hills, at Big Cedar Lodge in Branson, MO

First look moments are always so special, and getting a little bit more time together during the day is also a win.

The details on Maddie's veil by Mimis Couture Bridal are intricately captivating.

Maddie loves the colors magenta, fuchsia and hot pink. So those were the primary flower colors. She also loved purple and light blue as accents. I suggested we add a warm coral pink tone and she asked if we could include burnt orange, since it was a fall wedding. Of course, I said yes! With all of these details, I curated a floral mix that truly represented her unique personality, style, season, and love story.
The flowers I used specifically for Maddie were garden roses, dahlias (locally sourced), delphinium, larkspur, ranunculus, stocks, and mums, along with other fillers and textures. It was such a fun mix and totally her!

How amazing are the bridesmaids' bold and elegant bouquets!! I love their flowers with their dresses!

The ceremony was at Integrity Hill’s Chapel, overlooking the tranquil Table Rock lake and natural wooded landscape.

For the front of the chapel, we designed two floral ground arrangements to intentionally highlight the couple.

We created floral bundles for the aisles, paired with light blue satin ribbon to highlight this meaningful aisle moment.

The HLMF team and I adorned all of the window sills in the chapel with fresh greenery and flowers, to add color and warmth to the wooden spaces. This was Carla, the mother of the bride’s idea as she wanted the space to feel inviting and also smell fragrant with fresh flowers.
In our design meeting, I remember Carla sharing with me that she attended a wedding years ago and still remembers the pleasant aroma of the fresh flowers. She remembered how impactful it was and she wanted to give Maddie and Andrew’s guests that same wonderful experience that you can only get with fresh flowers!

We provided fresh rose petals for the guests to throw during Maddie & Andrew’s grand exit. This photo op moment, captured beautifully by Jefferson May Photography is so fun, joyful and purely candid.

Romantic sunset photos...say no more! These feel straight out of a classic love story movie.

Guests enjoyed cocktails and drinks outside on the patio, overlooking Table Rock Lake.

The seating chart sign, paired with a floral ground arrangement, was a warm welcome to guests upon their arrival to The Stables, where the reception, dinner, and celebration would take place.

The Integrity Hills Stables is a cozy, warm-wood, rustic aesthetic. This classic barn was designed to reflect the look of English riding stables, and it features an open main level with a fireplace and two upper balconies.
During our design meeting, I remember Maddie sharing with me that she wanted everyone at the reception to feel loved and valued. For her, that meant every table, on the main level and upstairs, had a fresh floral centerpiece of some kind. She shared with me she has been to weddings in the past where the upstairs tables feel forgotten, and she was intentional about making sure every table felt welcoming and special. If you haven’t realized already, she is the sweetest person and loves her people!

With her vision in mind, we designed three different floral centerpieces for the tables. The first design we made was a fresh floral wreath with a brass candelabra in the center, rented from Eventful Rentals in Springfield, MO.

The second centerpiece we designed was a lush and low floral arrangement in a gold compote vessel. These centerpieces were accented by brass taper candles, also sourced from Eventful Rental.

I'm obsessed with this drone shot.

The last, and most impactful, centerpiece design was the tall centerpiece. There were some mixed in on round tables, as well as on the focal head table, located in the center of the room.

On the head table, we placed greenery down the center to provide warmth and freshness, making the entire tablescape design cohesive and full.

One of my favorite floral pieces to create was the floral installation for the mantle. This fireplace mantle at Integrity Hills is 13-feet long and over 7-feet tall…it’s a beast! Since it is grand, any type of floral design, in my opinion, needs to be large to appropriately complement the stone and wood structure.
So with that in mind, my team and I created a lush, colorful floral installation with flowers centered and greenery trailing off on both sides. It completed the entire space and served as a stunning backdrop for the reception, dances, cake cutting, and more.

Bringing Maddie’s wedding floral vision to life was a dream come true for me and my team! I’m so thankful we got to be a part in their unforgettable day at Integrity Hills, Big Cedar Lodge!
