Haley & Matthew's Colorful Garden Chapel Wedding at Big Cedar Lodge in Branson, MO

From Haley, the Bride, before we met... "I’ve always loved flowers and in a perfect world I'd be a florist, so flowers are HUGE for me and meeting my vision is a big deal. it's more about the feel; almost like an elevated family get together. I believe that the flower arrangements are one of the biggest parts of our wedding because it's pretty much the whole setting for it. I’m from KC and having to find a wedding florist from the Springfield/Branson area is nerve wracking."

What is your overall wedding style, feel, look, and/or atmosphere that you want to create for your celebration?: My style for the wedding is bright garden party/wildflowers. Wildflower chic? I love garden party style but not as "preppy." I want it to be a little more "homie" and warm along with bright pops of color from the flowers.

What are your wedding colors? My bridesmaids will all be wearing a different color: blue, green, yellow, and orangish red.

From Charity: We jumped on a call and they both said they felt so good after talking with me; very much put at ease. Matthew said “It was so nice to meet you!” Haley said “I’m already put at ease, and I’m so excited we get to have an in depth meeting just for flowers.”

Through our design process, I curated a floral mix that was everything true to Haley & Matthew. She shared her favorite flowers are billy balls and marigolds. Since their wedding was in September, I suggestions dahlias (she loved them) and cosmos, ranunculus, and delphinium. We used colors of bright red, orange, yellow, light blue, and light purple. It’s a joyous celebration and I am so honored He Loves Me Flowers had a part in Haley & Matthew’s special day!

After the wedding, from Haley, the Bride: “Charity is the kindest woman I’ve ever met in my life. She knew exactly what I wanted from the first meeting and made my vision come to life. She is very VERY detailed with our meetings to make sure every flower is discussed and nothing is missed. I wish everyone could have Charity as their florist!!”

The ladies got ready at the Bridal Suite, Cedar Creek Spa at Big Cedar. It's all things dreamy.

Haley loved the idea of having her bridesmaids carry floral purses, so of course, I was up for it, and designed their florals into purses instead of bouquets! Obsessed is an understatement.

Haley and Matthew chose the White Garden Chapel at Big Cedar Lodge in Southwest Missouri for their ceremony. Being they had a more intimate wedding and small guest count, this was the perfect backdrop for their vows. Straight out of a movie if I do say so myself. :)

We went with two statement floral arrangements for the chapel and placed them on two white pillars. These arrangements offered a bright and colorful moment for the ceremony, framing the couple for their vows and photos. (Note: These arrangements also doubled as decor for the reception around their sweetheart table...you'll see it, soon, keep scrolling down.)

I loved designing florals in the couple's wedding welcome sign. The flower box sign is all things happy, inviting, and fun! It's sure to make the guests smile upon arrival.

The newlywed couple had their portraits taken, joyfully and utterly in love. You can feel their joy, can't you!

Their reception was at Sycamore Creek's Shiloh Ridge outdoor venue space overlooking the lake. It was the sweetest location for their closest family and friends to celebrate with them their new beginning together!
